that’s exactly what it is.
placeholder assets. they’re used when the asset isn’t ready when the game is in development, in this case it’s a just a bug.
everyone remember the Pepsiman? he was the placeholder asset for characters.

At least PC players have to pay for their cheats. Console players get free and legal aim assist and bullet magnetism.
Also: it’s simply a placeholder graphic like others have stated.
