I’m playing guardian only as that’s still the old movement and so so much better, seems to have missed the dreaded changes that for now
It’s just far too slow makes gears really boring as you can’t play aggressive when you move like a snail

I played TDM and KOTH matches earlier today , everything was slow af, even on quickplay. Guardian its the only mode thats fine.
They probably messed up and implemented it on every game mode. classic TC mistake, we already know.
Just finished a quickplay TDM and the old tuning was still active. Now about to test quickplay KOTH.
This quickplay KOTH match has new settings.
Now in ranked TDM, old tuning is active.
Think that even popshot animation(zoom in, zoom out) is slover, missing my popshots everytime in beta, but it’s ok in social tdm for example.

Can’t just change the whole game suddenly, have your one dev playlist to test stuff and that’s it & tbf that’s what Dana said on a stream that we don’t need to panic as it’s only in the devs playlist and things will only be added if they’re worthy
I agree, i just dont understand why the coalition is making the game so bad. I really hope microsoft ,finds another company to fix the mess this game is. Worse game after judgement so far.

I cant with this sh*t, its so damn boring, 4v4 its slow af, gnasher doesnt land anything, lancer its beyond useless now, you cant evade power weapons nor granades anymore.

I thought they weren’t changing anything right away? I especially hate that I can’t switch to my pistol as fast and these new delays are awful.
New op and once again have to relearn how to play this game because once again they can’t leave the game alone.
This game is more boring with 4v4.
This tuning just rewards people that have no skill and hard aim 24/7 because you move so slow and it’s just easy to kill / get shots on you .
so the game made it easy for you, but your upset cause its now easier for someone else? so another group gets to benifit and not get trashed by ridiculus fast up a or wrap around shots? Maybe this is to increase the player base. if a person is skilled it won’t matter.
I am sure any system gives advantage to one or the other but skill is skill.

No it made the game absolutely boring as hell , every bit of movement or input feels like a chore .
It’s so unresponsive. Why do I have to dumb down my skill level because people get hurt from being outplayed by movement and skilled shotgun shots
Good point i feel the same about the system lag. why do my shots not count when i land 100 percent just to get one shot because the system gives lag advanatge to bad internet connections. that is not mesuring my skill, its a give away to the other.

They can do all these drastic changes but won’t implement something as simple as taking aim assist off of ranked. Every kill cam I see someone who misses me a tad to the left or right and still gets a gib or a 4 point shot. Put this in the hands of a decent player and he turns into a god. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place because I want to turn it on but when escalation still existed it was turned off by default. Now I’m reading that aim assist tuning that was on esca WASNT the same as just turning your actual tuning off so idk wtf to do. What are most of you playing on ?
the kill cam isn’t 1:1 and it’s a loose approximation of what happened. either ignore it or turn it off.
Haven’t tested the changes yet. On paper I’m in favor of all of them. I’ll reserve my opinion until after I play, but it seems to me everyone in this thread is angry because they can’t tard bounce and Up A before the animation ends anymore. Anything that moves Gears towards the more methodical game it’s supposed to be is good in my book.
Am I missing something? Movement has not changed in ranked.
