Winter Armor Del not unlocking

Hi Guys

Just a quick question, within ‘My Tour’ I’m currently ranked Colonel 1.
The rank before this is Lieutenant Colonel III, by hitting this milestone the reward should be Winter Armor Del. However, this is currently greyed out and is not available to select either on the customisation screen for Del either, is this a known bug? how can i use this skin?

Any ideas of what is going on?

Have you only just ranked up? I’ve heard people say that restarting the game can solve the issue.
