Facts. Footage of me carrying Onyx in one of those matches.

Only one? I’m stepping it up then. Truth, I’m a bit rusty from before.

I know, just messing with ya.

Want to see my best game clip though…

Go for it.

I meant the one you recorded. Sorry, text not good…

I recorded something?

You said you got footage.

I meant the gif I posted lol.

Oh, lol.

Well, took us awhile to get through all that…

Indeed.

Big MK fan here. Freddy Kreuger and Kratos were eye-rolling additions in MK9band so is potentially having Mr. Purple Lamborghini in MK11. WB doesn’t care as long as “character that make blood spurt go in bloody gory game”. Who cares if Alien and Jason and crap like that don’t fit aesthetically in a game where it’s about Martial Arts Action meets Fantasy.
At the very least with Terminator and possibly Ash they at least fit the time-travel theme of MK11.

You just can’t compare shooter fanbases and the FGC/Fighting game fans. Crossovers have been a staple in the genre since the 90’s (i.e. Marvel Vs. Capcom, SNK Vs. Capcom, etc.). Fighting games have always been about the multiplayer and their inherent spectacle. But few Fighter titles care much about preserving the theme and aesthetic of their games when it comes to multiplayer and dlc.

Shooters used to keep a consistent atmosphere and aesthetic even in their multiplayer, but that’s been getting distorted with more flashy cosmetics and such.
This vid kinda explains that dilemma better with Team Fortress 2 as the example:

It’s because Nintendo holds true to one aspect that makes the game good: a unique game and playstyle.

Why fix what isn’t broken?

…I’m glad I found you.

We are having terrible technical problems putting your latest idea together and need further direction. We feel “Portal but it’s a toilet” could revitalize our game studio if done properly. Please drink at least one (1) liter of alcohol and contact us with further details.
