I have a problem in rankeds, i have reach master rank in koth but i didn’t get the banner ,the mark and the gears coins.

This happened to me as well. So many problems in this game right now!
Restart console + game. Maybe wait a day for the servers to sync up.
If that doesn’t help, take a bunch of screenshots and contact support. Hope you have a lot of patience.
