I got 2 black steel packs that contained Skorge Myrrah and Hoffman and in both packs I got Hoffman. That’s bull man I wanted a different character so I feel like I deserve either Myrrah or Skorge for spending 20 dollars
You think they care what you want? It’s all about what they want and that is your money…If they gave out one skin per pack with no dupes they would certainly lose a lot of money for Esports

I couldn’t disagree more with this. After a year and a half of people buying esports packs the one thing everyone can agree on is not the price, card variety, weapon skins or whatever, people complain just about RNG.
TC’s response? after extensive feedback analysis they concluded that demand exists, but buyers need an incentive: packs went from 5 to 3 characters and while people cried and complained about it, they were quickly silenced when they learned of the “guaranteed character” system. Pack #6 arrived and with it the Carmines, I bought 3 and got both of them, just what I wanted.
I’ve been playing the game since release day and the change was evident for me, while BS skins have always been there, they were always rare but after the new system you would see them often (specially in Horde). Do we know for a fact that sales have increased? of course not, those numbers are not public (Microsoft has refused repeatedly to release sale numbers for gears) yet I see them in game more often than not.
One skin per pack and you get to choose? If people like the skins (demand), they agree on the price (you know they do when you see them in-game often) then what is left? oh yeah RNG, the uncertainty of you actually gettting what you’re paying for… remove it and watch the sales rise.
Look at it this way, what’s more? 100 people buying 10 packs or 5000 people buying a single pack? Mixer released the numbers for the NOLA Finals stream, more than 50000 viewers. Sell them what they actually want and I guarantee you they will buy it, I know I will.

Yea it really true personally the only black steel character I wanted is black steel Kait and I spend 80$ in esports collection pack. And an 45$ pack in esports suppoter one pack and i never got her. instead i gotten black steel Del, black steel clayton carmine , 2 locust snipers, dizzy, locust swarm elite drone, 2 JD, Oscar,
I find it funny at this point that anyone who buys these packs and still complain. You people shouldn’t be complaining because nothing is going to change as long as you keep buying them. You want things to change show TC with you wallets and stop buying them. I guarantee that if no one bought these packs for a couple drops things would change
