Why can't any one with the coalition address these issues and come out with a statement admitting you know the problem and how exactly you'll go about fixing it

It seems to me that when game testing is done its all localized that seems to be the only viable excuse as to why this happens in this game. Maybe if you put game testers in Florida. Texas and Washington even parts of Canada and Mexico they all take turns hosting and every one playing can address the inconsistencies they are experiencing then the coalition can do the appropriate math to fix it
