Yeah with that drain it might as well mean locking the fab (except for weapons).
My guess would be because paying for fornications is illegal in many areas of the world.

The way to save money is simply to do a ‘solo fornicattion ‘ speed run. It ‘s over pretty quickly actually …although perhaps less fulfilling and morally dubious .
