Who do i contact?

@TC_Kilo1062 I purchased the chrome steel bolter skin in the store. The purchased errored i didnt read the “your purchase succeeded there is just an error” section. I ended up purchasing the skin again and read the full error messege. Realizing i had already bought it. My account was charged twice.

Fill out a support ticket and wait 2 weeks- 2 years, and you will get your skin. Kilo doesnt work with the esports department very closely so he might not be able to be as helpful with this situation. Seems to be becoming more of an issue as I’ve been seeing more and more posts about it recently. Good luck

With skins for 10$ you would expect the best of the best customer support you could get, but nope, praying that someone MIGHT care is your best bet. It’s pathetic.

I managed to get my skin. But i dont like 2 charges on my account lol.

Theres nothing TC can do to remove the extra charge, for that you will want to get ahold of Microsoft.
