Did you create a ticket yet?
Unless TC releases a global fix for this issue, a ticket is your only way to get your skin “back”.
What error message did you get. Mines told me I was successful in the purchase it would just appear later. I had the same issue think mines appeared this morning and I bought it the day she arrived. Hope things go well.
Just submit a ticket and hope the people at TC get off their ■■■■■ and fix it, that’s the only thing you can do.
