Where is my Black steel UIR?

I bought the black steel UIR soldier a while back on the microsoft store and it never showed up on my account. It said the purchase was sucsesful.

Non of that worked hopefully they’ll be able fix it after reading my customer support request.

All cosmetics & add one must be bought through Gears 5 to properly add to account, if you have bought it in the Microsoft store it MAY work. If not, refund and complete a gears 5 support case.
