Nothing new to announce. Big update will be a disappointment too & they’ll come up with some bs excuse.

You’re absolutely correct.

However, it isn’t that hard to make a thread on here for major news and announcements when they get announced. Or have someone dedicated to keeping the flow of information running through all avenues that exist.

I dont think you checked the right account. They’re pretty active, almost on a daily basis. Probably quiet now bc of the protests.

I watched a couple a dev interaction videos… Initially they were interesting…However having a weekly interaction for more than 2 hrs is an overkill .@TC_Andius please note that same questions are repeatedly asked in every session and answers dont change much…(we cant reveal about future content). Maybe once a month 1hr stream shounld be sufficient.

They are 100% reading the forums, this is evident by the way Dana and previously Liam would speak in the developers streams. However, I fully understand how the perception of TC not trying to hear their fans comes about.

TC needs to put some major focus into community transparency. Sometimes the only way to know about a delay or change of scheduled plans is to look at one of the devs personal twitters. Which is honestly ridiculous.

Completely agree. I keep an eye on Twitter but I never look on Reddit, and there were some info on there about the delay in the playlist revamp of Gears 4.

A thread has been made on this, but we need a unified place where we can see information. Like the Trello board for Apex Legends (other devs probably have this but its just an example).

This website recently got updated, it now has a menu at the top where “news feed” features all the news for the Gears games, and you can toggle which ones you care about.

For whatever reason TC/the web team, didn’t announce this change anywhere.

I am not sure what exactly the taste is in my mouth, but it could be irony.
