I’m just wondering Has TC ever brought up the hammer not being around in the game anymore? Yeah I get from a lore stand point that it doesn’t really belong in the game right now but It just feels weird not having it around to at least F*** around with. I feel naked without my giant death beam :’)
In this 1st arcade trailer it was show, also in the recent op4 patch notes it was reffered to aswell.
Not sure how u think lore wise it doesn’t belong when its used in the campaign🤔
I meant as its uncontrollable right now so I having the targeting weapons around would be a lore issue since it needed a targeting beacon to fire properly
The whole point of Gears 5’s campaign was about how the HOD was in decommission and unstable to use without specific beacons (on top) of the fading satellites.
But to OPs point this was a problem in 4 & 5 since the HOD appears in both Campaigns but none of the VS/PvE modes for no explained reason.
