What New Improvements, Features, Weapons, Ideas, Etc Do You Want To See In Gears 5?

I would love to see people have to play their role in Horde! For example. 1. No one but the Scout could even pickup energy. 2. Only the engineer could build defenses. I have no idea how to do this but I am so tired of people not playing the role they chose. It hurts the team effort, but how do you fix Selfishness, ignorance or Stupidity in a player? I hope they do something.

Please put all bots (non-human players) in the back of the starting formation so that they cannot beat you to the shock grenade, or boltok,or any other items they are irresistibly drawn to. Alternatively, have bots recognize when a teammate in close proximity is also trying to grab one of those items. Maybe the bots’ artificial intelligence needs to be given a hint, such as the other player shooting them with friendly fire.

No, please, let’s not start with this representation ■■■■ in Gears. I’m sure they will add black women at some point, but does it actually matter in any way? Also, once people start asking for representation, where do we draw the line? What about me, we don’t seem to have German-Russian characters in the game.
Also, my friend from Thailand is also not being represented in the game etc. This list can go on endlessly.

I’m sure they will add a black woman at some point, but they should so it for the story and because they feel like it, not to fill some diversity quota or for the sake of representation.

Some diversity would be good for gow.

So are we not counting the main character in 5 being a Hispanic woman?

Thats gow 4. I wouldn’t mind an asian character for gow 5

What are you talking about??? Kait is the main character in 5

I’m meant to say that we need more diversit. Kait is not enough we need an asain character. They can be a secondary character like tai or dizzy.

Del, Anya, Mihn, Tai, Sam, Bernie, Cole, Rayna, Oscar…

Definitely a female asain character. With an interesting background story.

Nike
Gillette
Captain Marvel
Next up Gow 5 with some diversity

Minh, an Asian.
Edit: Why does it have to be Asian btw? We don’t have any other real stereotypes besides Mexican or redneck. There’s no prominent Irishman or Russian, (unless the UIR counts). This claim is stupid for one of the most diversely casted game series in gaming.

More diversity is better. Irish and russian are welcome to. I also said asian woman.

I mean I guess. I’d say it’s pretty diverse. I’m not arguing against it, but I mean…Jinn seems pretty Asian too.

But it’s already pretty diverse…

Why? Name me literally one reason, why “diversity” in ethnicities or skin colors is necessary for Gears.

Was Marcus less of an interesting character, because he was white? Would Dom be a better character, if he was Asian instead of Hispanic? (Also, such ethnicities as Mexican, English, Russian etc. Don’t exist in the Gears universe. They have Tyran, Gorasnaya etc.)

Also, Gears is already pretty “diverse”. We can only hope, that they don’t jump on the political Propaganda train, that most of the western Entertainment industry seems to follow now. If they want to include black and Asian women, because they created such characters, fine. But they should not do it, because they feel like, they owe that to some group.

So, neither do we need diversity, because it’s quite annyoing when forced and secondly, Gears is already one of the most “diverse” games out there. Yet, it is not the a strength of the franchise. Gears strength is clearly its Gameplay, for MP and SP, as well as Story for the SP.

Edit: to be clear, diversity is not a bad thing either. It can have a positive effect, when used in an interesting and most importantly, fitting way. You know, when it appears, natural and not artificial (Looking at you, Battlefield V). Gears has done this very well and I think they can just continue that way. I don’t see any need to suddenly start putting a big focus on it. And they should, in my opinion, categorily reject requests for representation, simply because then we have to start discussing, where to draw the line.4
