What New Improvements, Features, Weapons, Ideas, Etc Do You Want To See In Gears 5?

I’d love to see the following

  • Guest characters Joanna Dark (Perfect Dark XBLA) as an example
  • Customizable COG characters along with continued support for various characters like Gears 4 has done. Even unlockable parts or armor such as Onyx armor for your character.
  • Less drama and story to feel like it was in the original trilogy. While delving into the lore and creating an interesting universe. Even expanding it too similar DC did with adding new forces other than the Speed Force.
  • Going with the previous one what if there was a new faction associated with green? This one fighting with both because they both are destroying the planet.

This is a personal wish, but what I love about Gears is how it’s more fantasy like compared to Halo. Sticking with that have the enemies and story reflect that. You have the torque bow/bow, cleaver/sword, boomshield, chainsaw staff/staff etc so add in something kind of magical. Not exactly magic, but feels like it and fits in the universe. Much like how the torque bow is not exactly a bow more like a crossbow. And more brutal with explosive bolts.

And like the first game it had a dark fantasy aspect with General RAAM and the kryll. Also the theron guards and his armor being vampire like. Keep that up and take inspiration from dark stuff.

… What? Im sorry but i cant imagine how you could say its a More like crossbow? Crossbows have way different shape and those are" usually" charged using a leg or some insane strenght. And basicly there should not be time limit to shoot becouse grossbow has lock and tricker. Its More like a compound bow.

But it would be fun to use knife in other situations than executions or making paths.

It’s actually a little bit of both. Turn it side ways, it’s a crossbow. Vertically, it’s a compound bow.

I would love to see people have to play their role in Horde! For example. 1. No one but the Scout could even pickup energy. 2. Only the engineer could build defenses. I have no idea how to do this but I am so tired of people not playing the role they chose. It hurts the team effort, but how do you fix Selfishness, ignorance or Stupidity in a player? I hope they do something.

Please put all bots (non-human players) in the back of the starting formation so that they cannot beat you to the shock grenade, or boltok,or any other items they are irresistibly drawn to. Alternatively, have bots recognize when a teammate in close proximity is also trying to grab one of those items. Maybe the bots’ artificial intelligence needs to be given a hint, such as the other player shooting them with friendly fire.

No, please, let’s not start with this representation ■■■■ in Gears. I’m sure they will add black women at some point, but does it actually matter in any way? Also, once people start asking for representation, where do we draw the line? What about me, we don’t seem to have German-Russian characters in the game.
Also, my friend from Thailand is also not being represented in the game etc. This list can go on endlessly.

I’m sure they will add a black woman at some point, but they should so it for the story and because they feel like it, not to fill some diversity quota or for the sake of representation.

Right on point!
I lot of my family is Chinese (although I’m not myself) I have a friend who is bi, where is her representation?? Another friend who is mixed, some of my fam are severely handicapped. It just goes on and on.

I’m meant to say that we need more diversit. Kait is not enough we need an asain character. They can be a secondary character like tai or dizzy.
