I literally just updated to op 5 now and my skins/cards all seem to have disappeared 
its asking me to purchase the skins/cards again even though I already own them
My character types are all still level 18,

Have you tried restarting?
Yup. Restarted and still the same.
Damn. I would suggest filling out a ticket then. Wait times are unfortunately long.
