What Do You Want To See In Gears 5

Apparently my ideas are trash doesn’t fit the game so what do you as the community want to see
i said give the creative rights to the community both maps weapons and skin designs and we vote for what we want put in the game and have a major update every Friday to add in new maps and character skins so the game can some what be replayable the different maps can change up play styles and give the game a longer longevity maybe a slight influx in player base and the content would be endless it would be up to TC to make the content free or what not of course all maps must be tested before approved along with the skin via weapons and characters

-Reverted movement
-Smoother movement
-Fixed point blanks (when you shoot someone and do 99% dmg)
-Nerfed melee time
-Nerfed lancer
-Reverted shotgun clip size back to 8
-Blooddrive, checkout, and other maps to be added without an operation/3 month wait
-Old gears of war tracks in menus or after rounds
-Added post-death camera such as in gears 3/gears4

Sounds like you want a reskin of 4, tbh…

Edit: to answer the question, I don’t want much. I think the game’s fun right now, minus a couple of issues that have been talked about to the point of being nauseating.

I want all game-types to have the same aim-assist as Execution and Escalation. (Which is none, more or less?)
Other than that?.. Fixed kill cams, but it’s hardly something that I’m mad about because who cares if I can’t see my deaths.

To all that are whining Lancer is OP, I believe there’s still plenty of shotgun in this game. Was it the 75% usage like it was in 4, no, but I don’t want it to be. I’d be okay with a slight nerf, but I still want it to be fully capable. If you’re an idiot and rush me in the open and I manage to Lancer you while you’re still outside of shotty range, then you deserve to die.

Edit Edit: Oh, and I want better stats. Gears 4 was great in that regard. Seeing my weapon usage, KDR, all that good stuff. On the same note, assist counting as eliminations is lame. I can get a rough approximation of my performance, but I’d like it to simply show kills and assists.

i been talking about how slow the movement is for the longest its like running in quick sand the movement is trash compared to a game that came out 8 years ago im talking about gears 3 i agreed i made a post talking about bring back all 64 maps from all gears of war games in one map pack or over time yes the gnashers are inconsistent and trash id like some of the old announcers after winning or losing a round my fav was general hoffman and queen myrrah i love the old gears tracks and post death camera would be great especially in gears 3 for a strategic advantage

Reskin of 4?? let me restate…

-4’s movement was ALRIGHT.
-4’s movement was decently smooth.
-4’s point blanks were almost as garbage as this games
-4’s melee time was similar to 3’s
-4’s lancer wasn’t op af
-all the gears had 8 shotgun clips…
-Maps have nothing to do with “a reskin of 4”
-4’s tracks were garbage. Im talking about the OG gears 1/2/3 songs.
-Post death camera was also in previous ones regardless of 4.

So no I don’t want to see a reskin of 4, cause nothing would really change.

I like the gameplay, servers need sorting and a few new maps, even some old ones remade would be good. Hoffman and Cole would be good to have as well :slight_smile:

Some guy said characters reskin would be trash like biker Marcus or wrestler Oscar because it’s unrelatable to gears i say the he// with it bring all the old characters guest characters and new reskin some guy mentioned bikini kait I’m like yooo I’d pay for that :smirk: lol

If I had to pick just one, more maps. And no, not one map per 3 months or whatever after they’ve released the game with only 6 maps. First batch should include at least another 6, which will not happen I guess.

I would like a horde like the third Gearsofwar game, that is all I play in these other than story. But that was not the new company so a horde like 4 so I will actually play the game on the online part. And a way to be able to complete the story of this one still because I cannot finish it with how many problems there are every time I try :frowning:

A rank points system that actually works is the one thing that needs to be a priority right now. Everything else is minor in comparison.

Some escape maps theme’d of old gears stuff like nexus or the hollow in some way, the new hope facility where you fight a bit outside to get to extract and maybe one of azura from the first part of 5 campaign.
