Weird dream last night

I had a weird dream last night where I was playing a new gears game. The weird thing was that it was in first person.
But the cool thing was the game was like 3 squads of 8 in the story. Four of my buddies linked up with randoms and complained how they sucked so that was funny.

There were new locus types too, one was this type that Marcus called babies. They were like locus with big foreheads and broken jaws. Their skin was super gray. They were called babies because all they did was wander around like a zombie. They wouldn’t harm you unless they got close.

For some reason guns were in the shape of plastic toys. The cog was attempting to trade with some stranded and one of them complained that it wasn’t the model he asked for. He wanted a plastic shark version. It was super weird.

The game itself was creepy too. One section I played as a girl citizen and I had to have her escape in this murder house full of locus. It was creepy.

The locus were able to jump to different bodies and the locus queen was trying to stuff people into locust bodies.
If you failed an objective the story would just keep continuing like the game had consequences or multiple endings.
It was a weird dream. I’ve never had a dream where I was playing the dream like a video game xD

I haven’t played gears since last year but the dream made me want to play again soon.

Have you guys ever had gears of War dreams?

Sometimes Gears have appeared in dreams after playing much horde in the evening.
Last night I dreamt I was playing a fighting game, but instead of a fight stick I had an app on a tablet for inputs. You probably enjoyed your Gears game more than I enjoyed the fighting game.

Lol its so weird to dream about playing a game though! Usually I’m in the dream scenario myself!

Locus are super creepy in my dreams man, its too real :cold_sweat::confounded::scream:

I had a weird dream recently. I was at a music festival. I saw a red squirrel drunkenly tumble down a little hill. I went to check it was okay, and it climbed onto my head and started talking to me (but only I could hear it). It said that it needed help to get home, so I agreed to help it. I was with an ex-girlfriend (although in the dream we were still together) and she complained that if we did this, we’d miss David Bowie who was due to start his set soon. In the end she broke up with me and I went off to help this squirrel get home.

…

And for the record, I don’t do drugs. :stuck_out_tongue:

In my only Gears related dream I was actually playing PVP as myself in the Gears world. Like in a fully immersive vr setting. Sort of like Ready Player One. Frigging amazing. Map/environment sort of looked like Nexus crossed with Canals. I have enough skill at dream recall that I could probably come up with a map design for it.
