Its funny that the wall bouncers think that it is a skill and not cheating the game mechanics. Wall bouncers, especially those that have poor connections to servers are cheating because they are intentionally using a game mechanic to cause the other players to see them in a different position than they actually are causing shot registration problems in order to gain an advantage over the other players in the game.
We have all known how it works scince gears 2. Gears 1 had less of an issue with wall bouncing because movement was slower and your bullets came from the center of the screen instead of the characters gun making it easier to deal with someone sliding back and forth between walls.
Gears 1 was point and shoot now we have to wait until our character is pointed just right but wallbouncers get their shots automatically lined up.
How is the game handing out a free pass because you bounced off the wall not cheating? How is your bullets automatically going around a corner when you pull the trigger while sliding around said corner not cheating? How is misrepresenting exactly where you are on the map to all the other players not cheating?
The pros that someone mentioned should be playing in a lan type situation where it would be almost immpossible to misrepresent your position becasue everone is being updated almost immediately.
I don’t really care what they do to it anyway because I am one of those that just laughs at the silly wallbouncer hypersliding like a their on drugs because I’ll bait you with my lancer and blast you in the face when you try to bounce in past it. Sometimes I win sometimes I don’t. Usually when I loose my shot registers after I’m dead or when I respawn. Lag I’m guessing.
