So I updated gears 5 on PC and now it says “game session incompatible” while trying to join others. My friends also updated their games. I can play online by myself just fine. Anyone know how to fix this
Have you restarted your game since?

Chat box has been randomly turned off too in the settings.
one person you’re playing with is on a different version. double check.
if you’re on PC you might need to manually update(Win10 Store). I need to do this sometimes.
