While playing horde earlier using the tactician class, I’ve become unable to manually mark / ping enemies. After some testing, I’ve also discovered that I can no longer crouch on walls while in cover.
I am playing on default controls however if I switch the sticks I regain my ability to do both of these actions.
I don’t know what the true issue is however because it seems to be completely random when the game allows me to do either between each play session
Have you check the “control remapping” section (under the “options” section)? Sometimes people accidentally remap their buttons. It usually happens when they’re pressing buttons quickly, and the host pauses the game suddenly and you end up accidentally selecting options, remap etc. Just check that all of the control functions are mapped to the right buttons/thumbstick.
Yeah that was the issue my left stick was remapped to the A button thanks for the suggestion I’ll try to be a bit more attentive next time
