The GFC and Crimson have teamed up to create a new event for the community to enjoy! Gods of Thunder will be an Escalation based event where teams will battle it out to be titled as the best on the forums. Prizes will be included, but will be listed at a later date so be sure to keep posted!

Ties: A third match is to be played and the team that won the first match will host.

Please note, that ALL First Round matches MUST be played on Reclaimed Windflare. The following matches may have any of the maps from below chosen to be played on.
The second map will be chosen by the losing team of the first match and if needed, the third match will be chosen by the team that won the first match.
Event Rules

Matches to be set-up and executed by team captain who is hosting the match.

No duplicate characters or variants of the same character may be used.
-
Swarm/Locust will always be hosting.
-
Host will alter between teams.
-
Host team to choose map based on maps choosen for event.

Teams have 15 minutes from the time they are invited to a match to show. No-showing is an instant disqualification.

If match results impede the next match for up to 15 minutes, the team impeding that match is disqualified.

Referees will report scores of matches.

Overall Rules

Glitching, system tampering, or use of modified products within events are prohibited.

Racial comments, threats, or overall absurd behavior will not be tolerated.

Misrepresentation of The GFC or its affiliates will result in removal from the event and a subsequent suspension or ban.

If you are banned from The Coalition forums, you are also banned from events hosted by The GFC and its affiliates.

No self-promoting in the events or threads.

One PC player per team is allowed.

No professional players can attend our events. ‘Pro Player’ is defined as a player who has placed beyond an open bracket within a LAN event.

The GFC and its affiliates reserve the right to change or remove rules up to one week before the event.
