They’re not ‘turning thur backs on gears’ if they quit, they’ve just made the decision for one reason or another that it’s no longer worth their time.
It may not be particularly constructive but I assume many of said posts are written by players who feel strongly about the series and who want to voice often valid disappointments.

Well, that TC dont read posts here in the forum should be clear, they´re to important to hear what the fans want.
But at some point maybe TC will be forced to hear, what the fanbase says. Sry, but when you have in horde on all difficulties two matches on thursday evening (european time), then this means a lot, at least for the european market.
Even studios can go insolvent, not just private people. And there were a lot of studios or rich persons who think: “No, that never happens to me” You have to deliver in this industry and btw everywhere else too.

This forum is for Gears 5 players to speak their mind. If someone feels like talking about how trash this game is. Or they want to unistall . Or good bye Gears, I’m going to Call of Duty. Then they can do so! If you want to hear better reviews. Tell T.C to make a better game!

I agree that criticisms are okay, but it’s honestly starting to get annoying that these people have to make a big fuss about them not enjoying their experience and deciding to leave.

In places like Twitter, if you don’t have a high follower count, nobody cares. At least that’s how it normally works.
I don’t think anyone truly dislikes Gears 5 at this point, but a lot of people are too prideful to admit to themselves it’s a good game.

As long as the game puts me on u.s. servers in execution I don‘t admit it as a good game mark
