Well, @TC_MichaelAOS could probably clarify if those skills also have such an exploit or not, or people test it and report it to TC. Not gonna do much lamenting about the ifs, when it’s not clear whether they are a thing and/or nobody tries to test the potential exploits.

JD is already confirmed. You don’t get to 100% resistance but pretty close to it. It’s relatively similarily broken.

Figures. I also remember thinking Marcus could actually literally turn invincible in cover with someone else providing the extra missing 10% of resistance, too, while he has Living Legend running. And achieve 90% damage res without it, providing he doesn’t leave cover(assuming Daddy’s Boy would apply to Marcus too).

Grace is outside my bounds of testing because I quite simply don’t own it, never will because I don’t touch the feature characters.

After Op 5, it would no longer be called feature / promo characters. Just simply classes. You’d be missing out.

Well I’m not sure. If they make roles like Emile’s melee class more than totally squishy with only Stim for protection, I could pick that up. But its bleed may be less powerful than Lahni’s venom bleed.

But I see little incentive to try say, the role Grace has because it doesn’t really do anything particularly unique that no one else has. Or even Sarah’s unless they add a way to get grenades without buying them all the time or having to hog ammo boxes, like the Resupply skill of the Soldier in 4. And they fix them disappearing unless you bag n tag a meatshield when you run out of grenades.

Besides, I was on about exploit testing, which is the only time I would remotely consider using them at this point.

Sarah Connor is like a Grenadier class. I wouldn’t be surprised that’s the actual name. In Horde, she has Health, Health Regen, Movement Speed and Damage into Cooldown Perks. They aren’t great but Movement Speed seems okay for running back and forth from Fab and the Damage into Cooldown would help recharge the Stun Ultimate. Otherwise, they aren’t useful perks so could just spend 500 power for 8 Frags, every time. Given how we get 1,000 to 10,000 power every wave, depending on the match, that’s enough for 16+ Frags or something, per wave. And performs more effectively when they aren’t tanky.

The others, Emile and Grace, there might not be much point to them.

Exactly… Exactly… That would be a useful perk for granade focused characters (sarah, cog, keegan: for keegan ecplosive resupply should reload granades too, imo).,

I’m still seeing lots of lobbies wanting to do the Clayton glitch.

I’m not going to tell these people that it’s been patched. They can waste all the time in the world trying for all I care! :smiley:

I’ve seen those too. Every time I’m so tempted to drop in and make fun of them. But then realize it’ll be better if I just let them fail.

That’s because it isn’t. It still works. Apparently “disabling” a card in TC’s eyes really only means blanking out the description but not actually disabling the effects of the card if it is equipped (or actually disabling it so you can’t equip it…).

It states here that the glitch has been partially patched?

‘Uncle Clay’ card could be equipped but it doesn’t do anything, rendering it useless at the moment.

People wouldn’t be saying it if it was actually properly fixed. Or at least not working.
