Mechanic mac is better than the chrome steel, in my opinion. And the mechanic mac skin is only $4 more in some places

That happiest actually, sorry that many forum members passion for this game actually means something to them, hope you have meaning within other things of your life, but some people this game is all they have to feel good about in their life (myself included a lot of the time). Should’ve at least made people do more effort than whip out the credit card or get some easy to earn coins for it.
That’s my stance. Don’t care about timed exclusivity but if a challenge item is supposed to be brought back or made available elsewhere at least make people earn the damn thing.

At least they corrected course on this one. It was a garbage decision to use one of the handful of actually exclusive skins for the store. It’s been a minute, but I believe that was from completing Seriously 4.0 along with a handful of other requirements within a time limit.
Loyalty Series, General rewards, and content linked to certain merchandise should stay exclusive.
The first two being fully exclusive and probably timed exclusivity for merchandise DLC.
Kudos on being rowdy enough to make them rethink this decision.

By the way… @TC_Sera Any chance of updating the OP/news post with that the phantom skins won’t be available in the store now? Just in case people are late to reading it and aren’t aware of the change.

The store updated for me. The Black Phantom set was removed, but nothing was put in its place; lame as hell.
Well that’s a major bummer actually, no weekly store for now, at least now I can actually get half the op 5 characters that were promised

I’m actually very pleased with TC to take these skins off.
Regardless if I have them.
It’s a step in the right direction.
I have some faith in them now.
I take back calling them “The Coders” their “The Coalition”

There are things I respect and I don t respect.
While I notice the grind and effort that you put in, you should also realize that others don t have the time to put in the game as others due, due to other obligations. I particularly am not a fan of the skin and didn t care much, however I am just impressed about the behaviour of some individuals in this forum. You should know that some ppl don t have the amount of time to spend as maybe you have. It s not that they are not dedicated or passionate about the game, but they just don t have the time to sit all day in front of a game, maybe because of work, wife, children, etc. Hence, they value their time more than say money. So why not giving ppl the choice to unlock things? Isn t it a win win for all (also the developer), who earns money by doing that and is more motivated to publish more skins than say under a system where their potential earning is non existent? How about you apply some of that perspective by yourself?
What you did today is not an achievement, but an embarassement and one of the many examples why this community is so divided and can t agree on basic things and why developers aren t passionate to talk to us.
