Side not. Gears has so much potential in the prequels and even stories during the war that don’t focus on delta squad. It’s a real shame that TC went the sequel route. Though I do like some aspects of the sequel. Like the locust evolving further
Story content used to be where gears shined brightest, up until 4 multilayer had always been second to me

LOL “gamer law” and “unwritten code” let’s climb down from the unreasonably high horse. Most gamers are scum, and the only reason there would be an unwritten code is because most gamers can’t write.

I agree. I always buy the next gears game for the story. And then horde and pvp is just a nice lil bonus. Same with halo

A lot of gamers are toxic. It’s just the way it’s always been. A lot of gaming communities are toxic mobs that throw hate( alot of which is unjust) to overworked and underpaid devs that have little to no say on the changes that go on.

Well when half the gaming population is kids cause let’s be real we loose more and more time for gaming unless ita a career the older we get, so the more active younger crowd and their prepubescent masculinity tend to cover a lot of the gamosphere, but any person 20 or older that’s a gamer I’ve met have always been just trying to enjoy the little time they get with their favorite hobby

You’re right. Remember our gears community bullied ryan so bad that he left the internet only to come back and eventually repeat the cycle and leave TC completely. I never liked ryan but it’s really sad to think about. He was just trying his best. I’m gonna go to bed so goodnight

No need. I definitely don’t envy her position when she has to make the complaints into a format suitable for feedback purposes(if it isn’t already) and tell that people here aren’t happy about something again, while making it such that it reflects what was said instead of it being flowery talk that sounds like praise and not a complaint if you look hard enough.

If you promise your kid that the hat you gave him was special and only for him and they he did so much to earn it, just to start handing out the same hat to every kid in the neighborhood. If I was that kid I would cry, and gaming is a nostalgic escape that brings me back to more simple days
