Yea, but it’s one thing to sell pre order items and things that sold for higher prices, it’s another when an item is sold from a previous game that we were told “this will always be exclusive to the ppl who unlock it now and this is the only way to get it.” All things being sold at lesser prices at later dates has been a common thing in business and shopping for as long as I’ve been alive and far longer than that. There’s no comparison to “I bought it a year ago for more money, why is it sold for pennies now” kind of stuff.

It’s just like buying the iPhone 12. You know at some point when the iPhone 15 is out, the 12 will cost A LOT less. The 12 is expensive now, but it won’t always be. Same goes for things ppl buy at top dollar in game. Also, TC never promised “sold items” will always be high priced later down the road. They did however promise the gears 4 gilded/exclusive content would always stay exclusive in 5 as a show of thanks to the ppl who supported gears 4.

Lastly, idk why you’re using the “if you actually read my comment” line cause I did. Some things are sacred, some aren’t. If you put in the time to grind an exclusive from the last game, and again, we were told it’d remain exclusive, that should be honored. No one ever said expensive store items would stay expensive… it’s common sense that things depreciate over time, even in-game content, so again, comparing the two are just two totally different things that aren’t even on the same level.

If you’re well aware of that, you should also be well aware of the fact he doesn’t have access to the TC_Octus forum account because it’s a company account. Since he’s no longer employed by TC, he no longer has access to the account. My whole point was that it was pointless to tag Octus because he won’t see the notification. lol

Dude. You look silly. Just stop. @NeckPUNCHattack explained it twice. He wasn’t trying to speak to Octus, he was just directing his ire towards him. That doesn’t mean he was trying to literally “@” him to get his attention. He was tagging the name to make a point… contrasting Michael.

You must be new. The Cluckshot was in Gears 3 by Epic.

On top of that, it’s one thing to complain, but the behavior from most is way over the top. Labeling it as “passion” is so ridiculous as well. This is coming from me, who 100%'ed Gears 1 - 3 plus Judgment and played since the launch day of Gears 1. I really, really disliked Gears 4 and even moreso that remastered Gears 1 especially for their art changes.

If you’re really so passionate, articulate your complaints in a mature and helpful way. Riddling your posts with swears and hyperbole is reason enough for anyone, including myself, to not take you seriously.

I do get the reasoning of them being special unlocks, I even forced myself to get quite a bit of them myself including eSports Kait because Gears 5 already looked that much better to me than Gears 4 ever did, but come on.

How bout that lol… bout like me getting general twice in Ops 2, 3 and 4 for my roommate who wanted the general skins all 3 times and works alot of OT, while I just do the standard 40 at my job.

They must add black phantom scorcher for us who own the set and the rest of pre op 5 skins set first, I hate don’t have the complete set and isn’t a pretext if they add a new weapon in the game,
I don’t know how it works in other games like Call of Duty, in CS GO the skins are unique per weapon I guess.

The Gnasher definitely. The Phantom skins should not be available because players had to grind for them. Has it been a while since those skins came out, yes but they were earned.

Until the lag compensation, net code get fixed nothing in the game will matter. It’s no secret the net code is trash. We were suppose to get some explanation weeks ago but it gets avoided and pushed aside hoping the community will forget about it.

Players will not stick around or play versus on a game that you get killed not from the lack of talent but bad programming.

lol i kept checking for the black phantom skins only for them to blueball us, if they arent bringing black bring in RED, or hell green for all i care but bring some to the table.
