I don’t think it is but you can invite friends to go into the matchmaking process. That is, if you have 4 other people to play with.
Otherwise you might end up with 2 Reup 0s like I did on my first and so far only attempt.

This week on Gears 5, the trash crash game! Crashing kicking people out of multiplayer KOTH or TDM. After 1 round or while a round is loading or ended.
Way to go Gears for still having a trash game. Thanks for helping me get frustrated over spending $$ of a game that hasn’t improved. 4 consoles in this house, 4 people with 4 gears 5 games, trust me, you guys won’t get another dime out of us.

What I meant by ‘Its finally Here’, is that TC released this Horde Event two weeks after OP5 launch(they removed this during launch remember? And they said they would add horde classic later)
So I was praising TC for adding this in such short notice.

You on Xbox Xs btw ? If my long career of Gaming taught me one thing,… you never buy the v1 -3. Never.
On the other hand I would always take a V4 Ps2 over a Slim back then, never buy blindly.
Is always while I don’t get the run for the new consoles…let other people do the betatesting ?
I have a series X and it runs way better than an original Xbox one and and my Xbox one X. Gears would crash all the time on my other consoles although neve during a ranked match

I’m on my regular XBox X.
The one just before this newest released tower. And I never buy the 1-3 versions as it’s like a new car, let someone else work out the bugs. I’ll wait 2 years and let them roll out the updates and new models before I buy one.

In that case sorry, I overstepped.
I’m on a old pc, admittedly an expensive one, but it runs 5 fairly flawless.(When I bought it it was mostly used for C4D renders and such)
If there is Xbox one problems still that is sad…seeing as the hardware part is not that differing between versions and relatively old.

That one I would attribute to ping/lag.
TC does not have a designated server you play on it seems, if your host is in australia, that is exactly what can happen. If I ever I am above 100 Ms ping I cringe, I’m used to that ping in World of Warcraft, but reactions times there are still a bit lower(If you cast 0,1 Seconds later than your enemy it still hurts.) Thing is Wow has fixed servers, I know abouts what my latency is (150 ms for my main server heh).
With this game, as they have no fix servers, it’s hard. If your are on 100+ Ms the enemy can turn in a way you can’t know.
For your relieve, I think there is tons of people having your problem on your side .

No need to apologize. I jumped on the forum to help our fellow gamers with things we see. Which is why the forum is awesome, it allowed us all to communicate and help each other work through these frustrations.
I appreciate the input you have and didn’t take any offense but I meant it when I said yes I need tissues as these continued issues with a game I’ve grown to admire have led me to grow ever more saddened. The platform and the game have such a following that I’m awestruck when we continue to see the same flaws plague it as before.

I agree, having issues on the age old consoles is sad…but Gears 4 never worked right for some people on pc afaik, brave new world.
Ok so here is a new one, I just loaded into a TDM match, just where is shows all the players and boom, crashed. I loaded in just in time to finish the first round. After winning the match, at the end where is shows your MVP, the game crashed but just before it did that, it shows
“the game you are trying to join has already ended”
Then it crashes again.
Classic Horde mode is a great addition, even if it’s not completely balanced. I think it’s more of a learning curve than a balancing issue, however. Teams need to refocus and play it in a more classic way i.e. hunkered down together and focusing fire. I hope that they decide to keep the mode in, and not have it merely as a limited-time offering.

But the ■■■■■■■ game keep making Matriarch as one of the bosses in Classic. Even with a Warden as a havoc causing death teammate. 
Can it really be worse than the Carrier or Swarmak? Or Kestrel?

At least no fortifications gets destroyed during their havok.

The game has definitely changed compared to 2’s horde.
-Lower capacity & damage compared to 2’s tunings
-Bosses that will instakill within a certain range
-Spongey af enemies(rejects & grenadiers)
-The bs that is claw drones
-Screwed up ammo economy(ie. no lancer wielding enemies to get ammo from)
