I think that’s been great. Really shows up the people that can’t get by without 300 fences. I was doing the daily challenge on inconceivable today as I was short of time and there wasn’t any masters lobbies yet. Host demanded people deposit. I pointed out that fences were 21k and you can just perk and win easily even on master with no fences on that map, he called me a BS and a liar. Then a noob once we failed as he spent every thing on fences.
I really enjoy those runs from time to time, although I have no interest in classic horde.
Looking forward to playing Classic Horde, all its missing is the boomshields and the psychic lancer wielding sires.

That’s what they’ll do, hence why all operation 4 stuff hasn’t been permanently put in the store to buy, it’ll just be recycled no doubt

Really looking forward to classic horde. Hopefully they have the balancing tuned just right with the enemies to offset the difference with no skill cards. My other concern would be about rewards. I’m hoping we still pick a class, but everything will be disabled but you get rewarded skill cards and class exp at the end anyways. Would be a big disappointment if all you get is rank exp that virtually nobody cares about.

I have a feeling it won’t turn out too well. My brief go on it was a bit of a disaster. Everyone just wandering off on their own thinking they’ll beast it. Didn’t turn out that way. People died and quit since they have to wait until the end of the wave to respawn. Success will probably be likely if teams stay together and hunker down somewhere and focus fire lancers as a team, just like the old days, but we’ll just have to wait and see i guess

It would only be fun with a team and I mostly play randoms in custom lobbies. Also, if I wanted to play classic horde I would go back to 2 or 3. Gears. 5 has heroes for a reason

Daddy dizzy skin, featured is all things i missed so that’s a bet, all gnashers ffa is whatever, kinda excited to see how classic horde works in gears 5, and that mac is still whack.

I’m just not fond of that certain weapons will be absent unless they’re put into the map as pickups. EG things like the Boltok that enemies in Horde don’t use, or the Lancer GL. The latter especially with how badly the regular Lancer does outside of those who get damage buffs and/or recoil/dispersion reduction skills(because the dispersion is mainly what kills the regular Lancer for me in Gears 5, when it has lower clip size and really doesn’t need to have dispersion that bad).
Probably would be if I actually used Dizzy, as this is a damn fine looking skin if you ask me.

How tf is people supposed to top off their lancer ammo?
It makes no sense to make the lancer a loadout weapon when there’s no way to reliably fill up the lancer. Yeah there’s ammo boxes but people are gonna end up fighting over them

Also I wonder if the DBNO-revive system will revert to the classic 3-strikes-and-out?
