Load up on gold. I loaded up three years then converted to ultimate for £1. If you have ultimate let it expire. Then buy gold, then buy the ultimate again for a month and all your existing gold gets upgraded to ultimate up to a max of three years.
I would buy gold every year anyway. Lots of people do the VPN trick and buy gold from Brazil, I didn’t bother as it was only a £15 saving over three years.

Nope you can use it again once you expire the ultimate. But you cannot do the for a £1 offer again, you just have to buy another month. I posted this link a few days ago worth a read through…

FYI Microsoft did away with Gold by the year.
Gold is $10 a month. Spending the $1 to convert 3 years worth would total over $360.

There are loads of places that still sell gold for 12 months. I just did this with in the last two weeks. I got mine from cdkeys £30 a year. £90 for 3 years and another £1 to convert it. Apologies if you can’t buy the 12 months in your part of the world. I’m just trying to offer up people the best way to get this gears content for effectively nothing if they would normally buy gold anyway to play online.
I will then keep the ultimate topped up with the regular deals I see for 3 months at a time.

Yup. I bought a 12 month XBLG code earlier this year too. Can’t remember the website but it’s like CDKeys.
On a side note, I’ve also been using my Microsoft Reward points to buy XB money vouchers and then using them to buy more XBLG cards (you get them up to 3 months at a time). Hint - you can gift them to people too, so let’s just say you could have a secondary account gather these points over time too…

Yeah I’ve been doing those Microsoft points. Got me 4 months of ultimate game pass for doing nothing much then answering some questions and doing searches👍
