If you look closely, you’ll see that it looks more like a block of wood, than hair

JD definitely looks sick now, before the hair and the colour of his trousers ruined his character and put me off him and based on his appearance from the reveal trailer he could find his way to being in my top 3 favourite characters, Dom and Clayton being the other two.

When I first saw this main menu i said:
“Look a man.”
As in:
Look a generic human male.
I’m glad the TC is making JD stand out a bit more.

“Dad of Boy” was a great game tho, and Kratos looks way cooler with a beard than JD does.

Obviously the reason JD shaved his head and it “not just a phase dad! Call me JD Battery acids princess of the darkness from now on!” Is because the TC want to make all Gears characters now as aerodynamic as possible for roadie running and wall bouncing.

his hair never bothered me too much, but that concept pic looks better. To me the pants were terrible and just may too light. he looks cool now though, scarred up and battle ready.
I think bald and beard is supposed to appeal to the 35 and up age groups like god of war does.
