I tried the Beta but I did not like the movement is very slow and it will get more boring in large maps like Regency, if you are smart you should not take out the Beta, each update ruins the game more, you should not pay so much attention to what the community says since they can’t keep everyone happy. I hope and read this, you make me hate a game that I love.

This tuning honestly turns me off from playing PvP. I thought the last tuning was near perfection. Wasn’t too fast, too slow, you can counter wall bouncers and wall bounce just fine. But all these new slow downs and nerfs just don’t make pvp as enjoyable anymore. I left during OP 1 and came back when they slowed down the game. Even when I won the two matches I played as MVP, it just didn’t feel right. There was more variety in the last tuning. Please change it back.

It’s not pleasant at all.
They keep switching the tunings.
You get used to fast & now muck slow.
I’m completely turned off from gear 5.
Finally give us escalation with this molasses movement…

It was in a good place where it was. I finally was getting back into the game after a 2 month break. Now they drastically change things again… I feel like my character has glue stuck in the bottom of their shoes.
I have many friends that left the game strictly because the constant change in tunings. They refuse to reinstall the game.

I honestly don’t know if I want to keep playing now. The last tuning was probably the best Gears 5 will ever be and now the ruined the whole game with slower movement once again and delays again.
I thought they learned that adding delays to shooting is never a good thing in gears. If they wanted to nerf something it should’ve been “up a” and the wrap shot not the entire game.
They nerfed every gun and the movement and on top of that added shooting delays oh and made it to where by the time your character swaps weapons the match is over…come on TC listen to your fanbase for once before you lose your fanbase.

I don’t like the new tuning.
But what I am more upset about is that this tuning isn’t the final tuning. TC is going to change the tuning again and again.
How many rounds of iterations/ tunings it took to arrive at this tuning, which is widely criticized by many?
Its been a year since this game launched, and a tuning for PvP hasn’t been decided yet.
If the tuning is good/ bad, there is always going to be people who are happy or unhappy.
Once you decide a tuning, just stick with it.
I would just like some consistency! That’s all I ask for.

more than this or that tuning, it is the never ending changes (some very contradictory to the other) that just kill my energy to play the game
Game needs to be faster. Once its faster there is a possibility to have two tunings choicable in atleast rank before match starts, but the speed divide is the only thing to look at, that’s acceptable to branch off two tunings in this game.
- Two tunings done this way is ideal
- The faster game over the slower game only is the next best option.
- The slower game only, is the worst option you guys could have done.
PS: once this is tackled, the shotgun needs to be addressed next

game was too fast and just reaction 0 skill based. slower gameplay leads to more skill.

The gap was huge with faster movement despite what the supporters of this newer and more noobish tuning would have you believe, Many players could move fast but only a small minority could do so with purpose while hitting their shots.
Slower game play promotes camping and bot walking. The skill has been eliminated from this game and there is no way around this.
I’ve played in plenty of top tier Masters lobbies. The intensity was real and exciting. The sweat was REAL. That sweat will be gone now. It’ll be a corner camping marathon.
