I’m agree with this random dude I have never seen before. I’m, like him, not a maniac wallbouncer and really enjoy doing it and killing people while bouncing like idiot.
I’m surely not the best wallbouncer by far but it’s a fun mechanic different from other shooters. I also rage when a streamer/pro player dances in front of me and kills me bouncing after doing him 99% damage. However is FUN when I do the same to him and it’s part of the game: improvise, adapt, overcome.
The meta now is point and shoot, if you start wallbouncing you loss. It’s simple and intuitive, like Halo: point, shoot, win. This is why Gears was different from another games back in 2008. You have to think, cover, cancel cover, point, shoot, start moving between walls, dodge bullets and kill in 1 shot.
