Those who think wall bouncing is mindless…hahahahaha yeah, we arent kids and it isnt mindless. Maybe some are talking about that stupid hyper bounce but strategically bouncing and using momentum to break up a group like a pinball going into bumpers isnt mindless.
I find it rather humorous how the tactic is belittled.
And to clarify, I used to take great joy in making g2 bouncers rage quit with my hammerburst or trick them into a lancer dual to then bounce them down like a boxer jabbing the ribs to soften up for the heavy blow.
Wall bouncing is sleight of hand and it took me some time playing this game to see that.
Dont like the bounce then you dont like gears. Simple as that.
Ive been getting that too. In 2v2. Every second shot didnt seem to register but my shot gun shell depleted. I thought i was the only one
I had to quit. This update is horrible. Feels like half the time I hit a button it takes forever to respond.
If you’re getting 1v2d by people bot walking that says a lot more about you than the update

I totally agree with this. Ranked is still broken, I normally play solo and everytime I search for a match, most of the time I got teamed up with people who hasnt even re-up once… and for the enemy team… a full clan… of course we got destroyed… thats negative 500+ points (even if i got the MVP). also, i dont know how “win points” works, but , after the update I am getting 0 points in most matches I win (MVP of course, and with enemy team “favored”), hopefully, most of you have the same experience.
And one more thing… I feel the gnasher way more inconsistent than usual…
Lmao okay keep acting high and mighty. No usually I outplay them, by 1v2, strafing around. But there are times I get outplayed by someone bot walking because they made the game like that. To cater to New players, less skilled players, probably like you. There are also times that I’ve clutched 1v4, 1v5’s against sweaty people in exe, that have been playing gb/esl/umg for 5+years, that says a lot more about me

Bot walking is also a skill, if you know what you’re doing.

Yes I agree that is actually true, bot walking is a skill, if you referring to moving right analog around, walk dodging. But I should of been more clear, I was referring to less-experienced players walking towards you and shooting, not moving right analog, and their pellets hit you stronger for some reason, Even though I already shot twice, one hit mid range, and 2nd shot after strafe blindfire, (pellets show hit), but get chunked In 1 shot, lmao. And yeah when I get off work home and download the game again.

TBH, the only thing I’ve noticed is hipfire with gnasher feels a little less consistent. I have no problem at all with the current speed of the game. Up A’s got nerfed for a reason. They were broken and skill-less.
I dont mind the small nerf on the up A.
But i dont think they are skill-less.
You have to time it right and still aim.
If an inexperienced player tries it and times it wrong you can do a back A or slap shot.
Oh wait… these shots almost never register.
