12 is impressive I think I’m at 14. That saying I feel I play this game waaaaaayyy to much. I have a pretty good idea of how many days you put in this game. Especially if your all pvp. If I ever get the team ice skins I’m pretty sure nobody will see them but myself.

The XP earn rates/ROI are so skewed toward Escape it’s scary (not sure about Frenzy)
People who primarily play PvP seem at a disadvantage when it comes to re-ups
Fortunately I’m in the middle since I play PvP, Horde, and Escape so I’m getting some of that nice XP

They said that Frenzy was going to give the best payouts but I think you have to beat all 12 waves and at higher difficulties with random people and random maps that’s not as easy as under more controlled circumstances.

Yes, but only through the use of an XP farming method TC patched out because “it was not in line with regular XP gains”. You could get about 15,000 XP in 5-7 minutes with it. What it involved was basically going into splitscreen with Del and (to make it easier), Keegan, on Inconceivable Horde on Asylum, wave 41, with skills to make your fortifications more resilient, build 2-3 Level 4 barriers down by the Boltok/Talon spawn in Versus(near where the fabricator spawns), hide Keegan behind the barriers and make Del kill himself with the Boomshot.
Any subsequent suicide against the barriers resulted in a Death From Beyond ribbon for the main account, until 30 were obtained so you backed out and bam, 15,000 XP in a very short amount of time. Though this would only work on Asylum if you got Leeches and Drones or Juvies and Imagos. DBs would destroy the barriers too quickly and Trackers for some reason don’t count for Death From Beyond, so no Survivor modifier to make it faster by killing yourself against DBs for a different wave pattern rather than backing out to the lobby and going back in.

And ya btw I am. I literally only play Horde and Escape for the daily objectives for the extra stars, the medals haven’t offered anything worthwhile to me since Op 1 (in the horde and escape sections that is) but Id work on a couple easy ones for the stars, but since I got Ronnin over a week ago I don’t touch them modes at all I’m just PVP.
I do still need to get myself to do Horde and try @Nineteenth_Hour tip for farming the 10 mil damage I need for in the Armed and Dangerous Execution medal group.
Edit: P.S. wish they didn’t fix that repair silverback exploit, that was how I did the 15 Mil damage in Op 2 to unlock classic baird

Wow, that’s and insane exploit!
There are still a few exploits in the game to gain xp in a similar way though they are not as fast as the death-from-beyond one which was patched
But The Coalition has already stated their intention to reduce the XP requirement to hit re-up 50 so I’m in no hurry
FYI I am re-up 16 which currently is only half way to re-up 20

You would think beating 12 waves of Horde Frenzy on Master wouldn’t be as challenging as it is, but was I wrong. It’s a pain playing that mode.
I’m only re-up 13. I’m not pressed to reach re-up 50. Them implementing a faster way to get their only affects the people that want that goal.
It’s not even worth the trouble. Cards are usually a joke and the xp is minimal even if you succeed.

Just reading that makes me suffer from boredom. How could somebody do this tedious nonsense for days on end? I already know who reached level 50 so no names needed but I must say that’s some dedication.

Shame they’ve done it like this, most of the fans will never get to reup 50. The ones who do will probably have just boosted it. Why can’t they make things a challenge but still attainable to the average player with a job and a life. Gears 3 had it right, yes a lot of people got the top wings by the end but so what? You’d expect that after several years.

Edit: side note, took me 9 months to go up 6 Reups (was 12 in a post there, 18 before the update) after the update went up 12 overnight lmfao
The team ice look great, the problem is so many people are rocking them it’s put me off now
