Yeah, it is a bit weird the way they’re going about this. First poll was to choose which map we wanted. Foundation won. Now it’s are you sure want us to add it in the rotation. Next week they’ll probably ask us are you really really sure you want us to do it.
Like come on.

IMHO , Foundation is not a terrible map to play in , but it’s visually awful.
I simply don’t like how it looks! 
I’d say Reclaimed is way better.
And I would have preferred a brand new map from 5.

Yeah,
First we wanted all the maps into rotation,
TC said 1.
Then Foundation won,
Now it’s “are you sure?”
Then it will be delayed due to a bug/issue.
Then the poll will restart again.
…

Honestly the map is visually terrible, boring and has no character to it. But it plays very well.

Indeed, TC are utterly ignorant of their own forums and prioritise Twitter. I recall one of the devs / community manager replying to my post asking them to post communications on the forums and not just on Twitter and they pledged they will. Clearly not.
I’m sick of game developers prioritising third-party sites over their own forums. Either delete the forums entirely or use them as the official channel of communication. Instead it’s the opposite. The forums are the last place to get the latest news.

Updated the OP with a poll created by Ryan Cleven, the MP design director at TC. Although the poll itself isn’t about something that will directly change the game, it can help him and his team figure out what the biggest gripes in the game are for us, so vote away gang.

Honestly, I feel like we kinda get ignored. Like we are the son/daughter that always has something to say so instead we get blurred out.
Feels like TC rather go on platforms such as Twitter to see what the casuals think, which is the same mentality that has us in the current predicament.
It is the eternal argument of casuals/“public in general” vs the core community. I’d just like to see more balance to it.
I’m not even asking for them to do triple the work and put X thing everywhere (wouldn’t really be triple the work, would be triple the feedback).
I would be cool with a simple rotation of putting one poll on Reddit, the next on Twitter, and the following one here in the forums to get a better sense of what the community thinks.
For example, it is clear to see that this thread and others here have very different opinions than the replies on Twitter.
