I am suspended after backing out of a lobby which was stuck on ‘Creating Match’ for 2 minutes. I figured it buged out so I backed out. Now when I search it says I’m Suspended and gives no time limit of suspension.
Edit . It fixed itself now
it’s not forever; we saw this last night during the server problems, one of our team got the same thing. For him it was only 15 or 30min, which IS annoying for sure since he just got booted out of matchmaking, didn’t quit a game, but not forever 
But it didn’t tell him how long either…
The suspensions should have been removed by since the people that actually get hurt by it are the ones that get booted for no reason
