I made a support ticket. I assume it’s a Coalition Steam problem not a Steam problem. or they can add purchases manually.

A friend of mine mentioned something similar but had everything after playing on my Xbox.

What did they purchase? Did they get it fixed so they can play it on Steam?

I dont remember the solution for it I just remember it was brought up a bunch of times for the rockstar and chips ahoy promos

I think it was Rockstar stuff. Sorry, that was quite a while ago.

Xbox said they can’t do anything and to complain to the Coalition about as it is a Coalition problem. Steam has support but says Gears 5 is a Coalition problem too.

So I have to buy the game TWICE on Windows 10 store or get gamepass to do this.

I have my support ticket and will nag until they fix that. That is clearly a Coalition problem.

Actually yes. I used it to get the ultimate edition for steam. it unlocked the halo dlc for me. i guess i can do it but it’s a waste of money. i don’t want gamepass for something i paid for.

I understand. Im guessing your subscription is over than?

I know the $1 deal is a one time thing than you might get an offer $9.99 for 3 months or something like that (I wouldnt suggest this as its definitely a waste of money)

Yeah I got to get the Ultimate Edition special offer. I don’t care about other games. I got Halo MCC on Steam and that’s it.

I play on Steam. I don’t own an Xbox.

I was just asking, I know a few people that still had gold when they switched over to PC and it ended up working out for them with the whole $1 game pass deal

I hope for your case TC actually gets back to you. I haven’t seen anything about the subject since the rockstar promo ended and definitely didnt see anyone post that TC had a fix for it

Yeah it’s not cool. A purchase is a purchase. Coalition needs to honor that. 14 days though for a reply …
