What is the campaign issue? I haven’t heard of this one.
As for the Silver Surfer, yeah he’s annoying, but how does this equate to a broken game?
The other things you listed, while irritating are not huge problems or frequent problems. They are bugs. Games have bugs, it happens. It will get fixed.

Peoples skiffs getting stuck in Act 3 to the point they cant continue
Having someone come up to you without a weapon in their hand and then gibbing you or chainsawing you is a huge issue. Just because you only find it irritating doesnt mean its not broken.
I get games having bugs but the amount this game released with and still has makes it a broken game.

This is the problem though, there’s too much exaggeration on these forums. “Dead” game! “Broken” game!
Makes me think if some of you even know what a dead or broken game truly is. Gears 5 is not one of them.
A dead game is Mass Effect Andromeda or Anthem. A broken game is WWE 2K20.

Loads of ppl say they haven’t been able to continue with campaign cause of 1bug or another, seen it in multiple threads but luckily not affected mwhahahaaa😁
I never once said the game was dead and actively defend it against people that say it. I try and look at all the positives about the game and try and defend it where its deserved but if something isnt working as intended its broken.
It would be nice if the rankings worked properly but it doesnt affect gameplay so it doesnt bother me as much as things that actually affect gameplay like the things I mentioned earlier plus a bunch of others

I’ve not been able to use a headset an Mic on pc since release tho, literally can’t party up an play MP with mates, the thing I WANT to do = broken to me mate
If things don’t work, that means it is broken. Hence @ll_R_E_D_l saying the campaign issues as in the skiff getting stuck, it’s not working, then it’s broken.

Here’s something that’s been on my mind for some time… if you were considering to bring back a “classic” Horde option, would it be a Gears 2-esque Horde or more like 3s Horde? I’d prefer if it was more like Horde in Gears 3 as it did add the building aspect. Though I’d still prefer to have ammo boxes not cost anything to pick up. Or still have weapon lockers in it, and for forts to be moved freely.
I’m sure somewhere in this thread he talked about entertaining the idea of a horde more akin to 2’s although I’m kinda with you on the need for at least barriers somewhere or somehow

Are you guys going to redesign the Chrome Steel characters and weapon skins? Theres nothing chrome nor steel about them. They all just look like a grey variant of the character
