Sometimes i play, i use my smoke grenade, and instead of having back my gnasher in my hand, i got an another smoke grenade!!
Just why??

Mhmmm I can only think of one reason why you have two smokes!
When you pick up a meat shield. You get another smoke! Maybe you picked someone up earlier and thats why you had two smokes with you.
Edit: when you have no smokes with you and pick up a meat shield, you can get back one smoke if you need one
