8700k and 1180
I currently have a 7700k, 32GB of RAM and a 1080, but I am getting a few issues. Figure I will try the 1180 when it comes out and if my issues are still persisting then, go with a 8700k, a Z390 Mobo, 16GB of RAM and 1 decent SSD for gaming and leave my old rig for my work station.
Edit: I have a 4k Samsung Monitor as my main and a 1080P Acer as my second. Looking at getting a 1080P screen with a high refresh rate and swapping between that and my 4K screen depending on the game/mode.

I saw some upcoming 4k/144hz screens previewed on a tech website. Looks set to be super expensive though.

My monitor is a native WQHD 2560x1440 144hz with a overboast to 160hz. I don’t need that. 
was $500 ish on Amazon the other week. Was 80 off.

Sorry misspoke. I think it would be dumb to sacrifice fluidly and function for a slight increase in resolution.
Just to say you have 4K? But at what cost. A sloppy looking stutter fest. Until those 4K 120hz-165hz monitors come down in price. It’s not worth it.
Even the new Predator X27 4k, 144hz monitor is $2,000. When in a year those types of combo monitors will be more available and cheaper.
So I’m fine with that I have. Gears 4 MP at 120 FPS steady is glorious.

Ok here is some of my stuff, i have a few T-Shirts , all the books that are in storage and if i can get to them this weekend i will take a pic and post them, come this june i will be adding the Rise of RAAM graphic Novel to my collection as well
