this usually happens when not enough servers are allocated for the amount of players in the game. this is why we’re getting intermittent profile info that needs to be fetched. (lv, cards, objectives, characters)
I guess TC didn’t anticipate this many players returning for the new DLC.
The game is still ranked 37th online in the microsoft store most played list.
How many people dropped the game that MS changed the server access for the population?
I don’t know why people think a big amount of players just returned.
Is this being pulled from somewhere or just thinking that players are actually returning?
Is there an issue with the game right now? I my tour of duty, friends list, and customization wont load or render when I open the game. I’m just curious, and wouldn’t mind being in the know with whatever’s going on. Plus I was a little disappointed it started happening right after I used my saved up iron to buy boost
I am unable to complete the daily objectives due to this error (0x00000c46) ( 4 | 110011 | 01000001111 ) 0/20 shotgun kills and 0/20 lancer kills with Tank: Veteran class, Map Allfathers Arena no bots solo lobby wave 7-9 also daily challenges are taking a long time to load over 10 minutes
Ya this is the second night in a row this has happened. If you”re new to Gears this is pretty much how TC operates.
Lol. So laughable at this point.
Even when TC acknowledges the server issues, there is no hint of apology or sincerity, whatsoever. A bit of genuine concern for the quality of your players’ experience goes a long ■■■ way.
-In 9 daily challenge Incon attempts, I spawn as Kait no matter what.
-3 or 4 people are (presumably) kicked before the match starts. At first I thought people were quitting per usual but it was too consistent and up to 3 per match
-no results
-ridiculous pings
-no skill cards
-had a human character teammate that appeared to be Cog but was labeled as Jack 
Hey TC, why don’t you acknowledge this happens? I don’t mean just a Twitter blurb about knowing it’s going on but an actual acknowledgement and concerned statement. Are you embarrassed and think not mentioning it will make it go away? Are you pissed at us for playing your game?
I am constantly questioning why I pay to play this game, almost exclusively…I guess the problem is me. Glutton for punishment
Hivebusters just launched along with OP5 a few weeks ago, the numbers went up.
it’s always a moving target. as demand rises and falls for the game it’s up to TC and MS to allocate so they’re not wasting resources while still maintaining a solid service.
even just playing the DLC or Campaign will use the account services too.
Fix the damned servers. Mexican players are always prioritized
This specific issue is why ‘always online’ games really bug me. I’d love to just jump in and finish up Hivebusters, but I wouldn’t get any credit for beating any of the levels, nor any of the character skin unlocks, and I’d just have to go back and do it all over again. Take me back to the days when I could jump into campaign, offline, and my profile xp , unlocks, achievements would carry across all modes, regardless of being connected to the internet
So all the game modes say locked again just like it did yesterday for me. I’ve restarted my game 3 times and it still says the same thing. Is this happening to anyone else ?

Now the quick play is unlocked but now it switched to ranked being locked? Tf
Best to just wait. Like yesterday it’s gonna get fixed soon.
kept reloading the game, now I can see my level and can see the active tour objectives. Did this last night as well.
Yep getting disconnected, Total mess since yesterday. Please fix finally on track to reach GEN.

Still borked? Just played another game for 3 hrs and was planning to come back and try to knock out some dailies. Was expecting it to be fixed by now.
Kind of makes me glad that I’ve reached General just a few days ago.
But making it to General or not; having constant disconnections, unstable servers, characters & Horde/Escape cards not properly loading are problems that are highly unacceptable.
Especially when we’re more than a year into this game’s lifespan.
Things seem to be working for me now. No official word from TC though.
