Request to be unbann from the online service

Hello, I create this topic to express my displeasure and ask to remove my Gears 5 multiplayer suspension.

Here I am stuck for 3 days on the Gears 5 online due to a disconnection of the Xbox Live service during a ranked game. This is neither rage nor misbehavior … Simply a problem of connection … Is it punishable to have a bad connection in France? I am not sure.

It is unacceptable to be suspended on all gamemodes.
I paid for this game and it does not seem to be legal from the point of view of the law especially in Europe.
I demand to be unbanned from the online service on Gears 5.

Oh, and if needed I have video evidence of when I was disconnected from live.

Your first ban wouldn’t be three days, it starts in 30 minute increments. Tallying up to big bans over time. Your best bet is to tweet towards one of the guys at TC on twitter and they’ll look into how many games you’ve quit.

Because this is not the first time i get disconnected and i dont play often on ranked game.

If you have a bad connection then you should stick to Quickplay. You make it unfair for the people you get teamed up with

if you can’t guarantee your connection then the studio has a right to ban you for ruining other peoples games.

either play QuickMatch or find a stable connection.

My brother was watching Netflix and I had no idea and my Xbox automatically was downloading ghost recon and made my internet a bit laggy, all of a sudden I was band for over 900 days. Iv been a gears player since gears one, I need a unban quick, not happy
