Hello,

How about PC constant crashes in Escape after one hour long of playing?

Does it belong here?

However, welcome aboard!

Looking for crashes happening in tactics, especially missing their error codes.

If you are experiencing a crash elsewhere, that can still go to support though

And thank you!

Wow a Community Manager in the forums. Quite a rare sight.

Nothing to report on those crashes but I’m stuck at the final boss fight because every single time after a checkpoint (usually the last), one or more units are stuck with the Max HP bug meaning that if they had less than full HP before the checkpoint then it becomes impossible to heal them since the game believes the HP they have after the checkpoint is the max. Have already restarted the fight 4 times and it’s always the same.

Where can I get a copy of the save file by the way? Playing on GamePass.

Please send a ticket in to Support!

C’mon we both now tickets are a waste of time plus the fact that submitting a bug guarantees no response. I won’t wait months to see if they fixed it.

I ask again: where can I get a copy of my save file? Win10 is not precisely friendly when it comes to hidden files.

Tickets are not a waste of time - we use them to look for trends in the issues so we can fix them faster.

WinStore

  1. Download and Install (Once downloaded, this can be skipped)
    https://developer.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk
  2. Enter The following commands in a command window:
    cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin\10.0.18362.0\x64
    gamesaveutil export C:\Temp\SaveFile.xml /pfn:Microsoft.GanderBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe /scid:00000000-0000-0000-0000-00006052e99b
  3. Compress the created file (SaveFile.xml).
  4. Send the compressed file.
  5. You can delete c:\Temp\SaveFile.xml after it’s sent.

Thanks for the reply, I know it’s not a waste of time for the Dev but having to wait 3 months for a reply does not precisely encourage users to submit tickets.

Good to see an active Community Manager in here, wish you the best.
