@TC_Kilo1062 i know youve been swamped. Is the diagram about what re-up cosmetics go with what re-up level correct? It says team ice gnasher is a tier 25 re-up reward. Im at re-up 28 and it seems to be the one im still missing. Which quite frankly was the one I wanted the most. Besides the Marcus and Kantus which look awesome by the way. The re-uo xp changes were a really nice way to reward players for their loyalty to this game. Pass it on that its appreciated.

Team ice gnasher seems to be missing for many. Same with me at re up 30.

I’m Reup 28 now, should I have got Kantus? I have MF?
I have a feeling based on what I’ve been looking at that the table may be wrong, if it is I’ll update the table and we’ll get the appropriate messaging out to everyone on what they should be.

Kantus is the Reup 50 reward according to TCs Reup article and table.

The table isn’t accurate due to missing Reup 2 and technically, you get the Kantus for completing Reup 49, aka reaching 50. So…
Exactly. Lvl 28 and I have Team Ice Lancer and most other weapons, just not all including Gnasher. Am I supposed to have a Diamond Snub ?
You’ve probably got that snub from being diamond in ranked in a past operation? Or definitely new?

Table isn’t accurate tho, just now got my Gnasher when I just reupped to 31… when I should have had that a few reups ago according to table, should just now be getting Lancer technically, but I already had that when I logged on yesterday… I guess it’s all caught up now that I got the gnasher, but definitely messed up on the order on that chart regardless.

Can you give an update on purchased skins it has been a week already still have not recieved chrome character waited since feb 4th an sent a request for a refund yesterday …request denied immediately … not trying to repurchase somethin already bought… Sent a ticket feb 6th

Just this minute checked, still no ice Gnasher?!
The table wasnt accurate because it went from 0-49 instead of 1-50.
Hey… I gave it a day (figured I wouldn’t log in to the game for a day so the server could further update player profiles) and as I just logged on, I got an achievement for getting my first heroic skin… which means skins that were missing have been added to my account.
As I’m currently looking thru my weapon skins, I’m seeing a bunch of team ice skins (that were initially missing but now have unlocked) in my weapon customizations. I haven’t checked your list of “x skin unlocks on x re up” to see if I’ve gotten every skin I was missing, but a quick overview looks like I got em all now.
Idk if TC did another general pass on everyone’s account or if you pushed something thru specifically on my account… but either way… thanks for the quick response and the help (and double thanks if you forwarded my info to the ppl in charge of resolving missing re up content)!!!
I know you have to deal with A LOT of stuff being a new CM, but you’re doin a wonderful job so far in such a short amount of time & I just wanted to let you know I (and I bet quite a few others here as well) appreciate everything you’re doing!! Keep up the great work!!
