Pretty cool update. Was gonna stay at Re-up 5, since getting to 50 looked like it was gonna take years of casual play, and roman numerals become so clustered at higher levels like XVIII.
@TC_Sera did they post the numbers for the xp requirements?
Not sure but it wouldnt be like everyone else that this update worked properly for.

Here is a graph showing ‘XP per level per re-up’.
While we’re not including the full numbers here, we’d like to provide one example to show you how significant the XP reduction is for re-up 30, with this you can see the smoother XP curve as you progress to re-up 50.

I’ve waited over 6 months… then got a reply email saying “are you still experiencing the problem”?
I’ll never submit another ticket… completely pointless and I have never seen any of my issues resolved.

If I have to wait 6 months without getting my reup I might just stop playing.
TC the game is absolutely all over the place. Just have some downtime for an hour or so cos it’s unplayable and bugged to high heaven.

You may want to take a look at a previous post of mine some hrs ago (#236)…
Not anymore. I logged in, went from re-up 21 to 42 and played/beat the daily on Incon with my blademaster…no match results and it does not even show I beat the daily on the choose mode screen.
Tried to play another game and it kept telling me my connection was lost and would keep changing me from blademaster to Jack in the lobby. It loaded me in the game as Thrashball Kait (which I’ve never used) but I was on the board as Jack. Started with no weapons, no ultimate, and with Jack’s perks…also couldn’t buy any weapons from Fab (as Jack cannot) so I was Kait with Jack’s “setup”. Interesting game but still no match results. Now I cannot load in at all.
I’d say this is all on par, really.

I was re-up 13 level 78 before the update….logged in and I’m now re-up 19 level 50. As mentioned earlier I’m spawning as random characters, and can’t enter matches as if I’m in spectator mode. Also, I keep getting a banner popping up stating I’m no longer online while it loading me into a match. I’ll log back in a couple hours hoping things will be smoother.
BTW….online stats are missing and errors out when attempting to populate.

Precisely. At this point, when anything new rolls out, I like to read and see how differently everyone is negatively affected. Mutual misery, so to speak. We need a TC Update Bingo Card

@TC_Sera a question here.
Was in the middle of a 1 - 50 horde match on masters when this update went live but I received no XP or cards upon completion. When the server issues are fixed and sorted out, will we receive any lost progress… or no?
You should. That said, if you do not in a reasonable time frame (please give a couple of hours at least), let us know, and track everything around that match - what time, what map, mode, etc. etc.
Too easy, bro. Gotta let the Games with Gold noobs know what’s up with Gears right off the bat.

character customization servers are down, its all just default swarm and Kaits
So for those like myself who were max reup before this change, is all that extra XP being stored in a buffer somewhere so when the reup increases somewhere down the road, it can be applied retroactively?
All of us have spent ungodly amount of hours grinding. I’ve also heard of some people sleeping on the porch and in their cars because of their other halves.
