Razer keyboard flashing when Gears 5 is open

The mouse pad doesn’t strobe as much as the keyboard does.

I did the only fix I could find online and as you could guess it does nothing.

Another user asked this same question and was ignored.

I’m hoping I can get an answer as I know someone has had this issue and resolved it for themselves. Thanks!

EDIT: I should note that, strangely, when closing out of Razer Synapse, some of the Razer elements work. Dying, for example, makes the keyboard glow red. All the intractable buttons on the keyboard glow like 1, 2, 3, 4, tab, esc, etc. I don’t know how this is possible as I click close ALL apps for Razer, and somehow it still works.

This sounds like something you’ll need to check with Razer support about versus our support.

But it’s only your game that does it? Shouldn’t that be enough for me to check out the issue here, instead of Razer?

Our game being the one that affects it will still be handy for them to know, but it is a Razer Project with a Razer Driver having an issue.

Basically - when dealing with bugs, take the approach to clear out the big and potentially obvious things - Razer Keyboard, Razer Driver, Razer connection to the game. That is 3 locations on Razer where an error can be, versus 1 from our end.

Very true. Hence why my change of mind saying I’ll go to their forums.
