Memes aside, Octus seems to have implied on Twitter just now that no more overarching/server side fixes are coming for this and instead we need to submit tickets to have it fixed on an individual/case by case basis. :frowning:

I already have a ticket rolling so I suppose we’ll see what happens.

Oh the response I got said that they’re doing a very slow roll out over the course of this week, so as to not overload the servers again or something.

Here was my exact response I got from them in case you (or anybody else still waiting) were curious:

We’ve escalated your gamertag to the team to look into and to see if they can manually add this. There are still rewards rolling out, likely until the end of the week, but please let us know if you do not see these after 24 hours after this response has been received.

I replied to my ongoing ticket. I got rewards for everything except 2v2 Gnashers

4 requests and I got the same answer for the 4 basically telling me to wait 24 hours 1 week after sending requests and I still don’t receive my master piles the support is a joke

Same here. On twitter they say you should submit a ticket. Did it 3 times but always the same answer and still no diamond skins. Come on TC its over a week now!

Same here. 3 requests and I got the same answer… Wait 24 hours. I already replied all the answers they give me. I hope they add my skins soon. I worked really hard to make it happen.
