Hi, i start to say sorry for my English if is incorrect but I’m Italian.
I created this topic because i got banned today from matchmaking because when i was playing tdm ranked the screen freezes during 2 matches and game crashed and it counts like i quit of my own free will.
The ban ask me to play 2 quick matches with score of 500 points or and i did like 5 times but it seems it doesn’t count and is still 0/2 and I’m still banned.
