If we reach a certain tier like silver gold onyx do we get any skins for them or if we lose the rank will we still get the highest tier skins we made or what anyone kno?
Highest tier you achieved, so say you got onyx and then dropped down, you’d still get the onyx skin.

Pretty sure they said it’s about fighting and maintaining that rank and not just having a high watermark. For example you must be Masters by Dec 11 to get the Masters skin you can’t have been Masters but are now Diamond 2. I could be wrong but i thought that is what they said.
Actually they dont do that anymore, now they will only give you what you are at the time (and any below, thus if youre gold youll still get Silver and Bronze) but if you derank at any point before it ends you wont get what you used to be

The way I understand it is that they consider “Seasons” and “Divisional Weekly Rewards” as two different things. Division Rewards are basically just early access to a certain skin for whatever rank you currently are.
Then at the true end of a Season you’ll get every skin that was given out again, except this time based on your highest achieved rank.
This is the closest way I could understand it because any time @N0DEZER0 says anything about high watermark, he uses the word “season”. Which has never been used in the What’s Up blogs, leading me to believe they’re talking about two separate systems.
Also, this tweet by him that says;
When you get it during the season, you get to have it way before everyone else. Then, at the end of the season, everyone will get their high water mark.
